Prior to founding HDS (January 1980), Mr. Hoberman was a Manager with the New York Office Management Advisory Services Division of the Seidman & Seidman CPA firm where he was involved in all phases of Business Data Processing and the solution of management problems. Previously he held positions as Manager of Operations Research for International Paper Company's Resource Allocation Division as well as Technical Consultant-M.I.S. with On-Line Systems, Inc. He was a featured speaker at the INFO series Conferences (1975 to 1980) and the NCC-79 Conference. At INFO-79 he was a member of the Conference Advisory Committee in addition to chairing two of the Office Automation sessions. HDSI was incorporated on November 14, 1984 in its fifth year of business.
Mr. Hoberman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University; an M.S.E.E. (Computer and Information Sciences) from New York University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College, C.U.N.Y.
